Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping bag. After you have finished, click on "Shopping Bag". You will be directed to the checkout where you will be asked to pay through PayPal, please refer to Payment section for associated terms.
ITX Global reserves the right to alter prices and specifications of goods without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please refer to the Delivery information.

Shipping and Handling
ITX Global will charge freight amount on each order, please contact us for a prompt quote.The Freight charge quoted online is an estimate only based on the information provided the same is subject to change from the actual based on the carrier, destination, additional fees, documentation etc.
We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 3-4 working weeks. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of the reason for delay, along with a proposed delivery date.
We endeavor to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, sometimes certain items from our collections are more popular than our forecasts had predicted. In cases such as these, availability of an item may be low or it may become out of stock.
When an item is currently out of stock, you can still contact us to request information on when it is available and we will endeavor to get you the product as soon as possible.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Conformity of Goods
Every item supplied comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the package was damaged during shipment, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Relations at 1-855-287-6782 or contact us by e-mail email@example.com before returning.. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair or under the forwarder's insurance claim.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. The returns department requests that we allow 2 week turnaround time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.Manufacturer warranties, received with the product, will have all the details for claims.
If you wish to cancel an order before shipping, you may request a cancellation by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com or by calling 1-855-AT-PORTA (287-6782) well in advance, to guarantee a full refund, minus a 15% processing and 5% refund fee and balance will be transferred within 5-7 business days. In case the shipment is scheduled for shipping, sadly we cannot offer a refund on sale items.
Faulty Items Received
Once you receive your item, if you happen to discover a fault, please let us know immediately. If the fault is reported within 7 days, we will investigate the claim. Any manufacturing fault found will be referred to the manufacturer and appropriate refund of the full product value will be considered.
In most instances we will send out parts to you FREE OF CHARGE or ask you to contact the manufacturer who will be able to deal with you directly.
You must always notify us before returning any items. If goods are returned back to us without notification they may be refused and you may be charged by your carrier.
Returned items, once accepted by us, must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that are installed then removed are not returnable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Faulty and reported after 7 days
If faults are reported after 7 days of signature on delivery, we will always assist you to resolve the issue smoothly, efficiently and as soon as possible! Just contact us and we'll explain everything to you.
Bill Of Sale Condition:
The Seller sells and Delivers to The Purchaser the following Porta- Bote and Accessories in consideration of the sum agreed. The seller warrants that (1) the seller legally imports the product from the manufacturer. (2) These said products are free from any liens and encumbrances; (3) the seller has the right to sell and transfer these product. Purchaser agrees to Boating Restriction Regulations of the province or respective country and primarily follows the safety materials issued by and on behalf of Marine Safety. Seller is no way responsible for purchaser / or related personnel's safety or responsible for any incident whatsoever.
Usage and personal safety: Porta-Bote Buyers agrees to comply and meet all the regulation that is applicable for the region in the country. Every Porta-boater is responsible for knowing and adhering to Coast Guard boating laws and regulations, and laws specific to the state in which the vessel is registered or operated. This includes carrying at least the minimum safety equipment, registering and numbering your boat properly, and the safe operation of your vessel.
Product registration Porta-Bote buyers undertakes the sole responsibility to register the boat and or meet and or comply to any inland procedures as required by the law or requirement of each country with regards to registration or whatsoever. This clause applies to all online purchase or purchased through local representative regional office (ITX Global Offices).

Free International Shipping Offer For Containter Shipping :...........
Any surcharge, handling, insurance, import duties, taxes, fees, in-land charges, documentation, palletizing, additional packing, container charges, storage, agent fee, brokerage etc. are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
Bulk / Container International orders may require 3-5 business weeks or more of additional processing time prior to shipment. Orders will be shipped by ocean or on lowest quote received from the shipping lines which we have found that to be the most cost efficient, timely and reliable shipping method for International orders. Typical transit time will vary on the lines chosen and destination.
If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you at the time we provide your shipping quote.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
WARRANTY: For warranty claims please refer to the warranty card that is send along with the package.
